5 rounds for max reps:
Bodyweight Bench Press – 100/75/50% BW scaling options
Pull ups (any kind – bands or ring rows for scaling)

*Rest between bench and pull ups is short but not immediate. Rest long enough to get to your pull up bar/rings, shake your arms out then hit as big of an unbroken set as possible. The rest after pull ups is as long as needed to feel recovered to try and hit as large of a set on bench press as possible.
*If you cannot bench press your bodyweight, scale to an option that allows for at least 8 reps.
