20 Minute AMRAP
5/3 Pull ups from Part A
10/7 Pushups from Part B
15 Air Squat Jumps
- (Not for height, goal is to open your hips forcefully)
If part A is more than 10 reps do 5 pullups in part C and if it is less than 10 reps do 3 pull ups in Part C.
If part B is less than 10 reps do 10 Pushups in part C and if it is less than 10 reps do 7 pushups in Part C.
all pushups completed during the 20 AMRAP will count towards the class challenge
